Every recipe is designed by our team of registered dietitians and chefs to ensure your meals are perfectly portioned, gluten free, soy free, and most importantly, DELICIOUS! We believe that our food should always be FRESH + LOCAL.

No matter how big or small your goal, whether to live a healthy lifestyle, compete at a high level, or lose unwanted body weight, we have you covered every step of your journey! From the fitness fanatic, busy professional, to superhero parent, we want to make your life a little easier with YoFresh’s healthy, convenient, and affordable offerings. We offer front door delivery and have convenient pick-up locations around town.

Join us in our efforts towards making our area stronger and healthier! Each and every YoFresh order provides meals to those in need right here in our own backyard through our partnership with The Second Harvest Food Bank. For every 10 meals purchased you will be providing 12 meals back to those in need!

HOW IT ALL WORKS

3 simple steps: choose meals, select pick-up, ENJOY! No shopping, no chopping, no clean up!

PLACE YOUR ORDER

Place your order by Friday at 12pm EST and choose between a 5 or 10 meal a week option. Menus rotate on a weekly basis so you will never get tired of our delicious options. Love your food? Save by signing up for an auto-debit subscription or order a month’s supply in advance!

PICK-UP OR DELIVERY

We have pick-up locations placed around town for your convenience. Browse a list of fitness facilities, businesses, and meeting places to find a YoFresh hangout near you! We also do house calls, just choose delivery at check out! All pickups and deliveries occur Sunday evening.

HEAT + ENJOY

Every meal comes complete with nutritional information and is prepackaged in convenient containers that can be easily stored in the refrigerator and reheated in minutes. The only directions necessary are to tell you to relax + enjoy!
